Lakeland Medical Practices Welcome New Leadership

(ST. JOSEPH) – Lakeland Medical Practices, consisting of 41 physician practice locations throughout southwest Michigan, recently appointed Jeff Grossman as Director of Specialty Practices and Heidi Hanley as Medical Practice Supervisor at Lakeland Orthopedics in Niles.

In this newly created role, Grossman will be involved in maximizing quality, collaborating on revenue cycle opportunities, seeking opportunities to standardize care, and managing new practice integrations, among other duties. Prior to this role, Grossman was responsible for integrating and managing multiple specialty practices at Lakeland and also served as the Practice Administrator for Lakeside Cancer Specialists for three years. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Michigan State University.

Hanley will provide oversight for the expansion of orthopedic services in southern Berrien and Cass counties and northern Indiana. This includes expanding clinic hours and surgeries performed at Lakeland Hospital Niles. She comes to Lakeland with a variety of healthcare leadership responsibilities over the past 10 years, including working in an orthopedic clinic and hospital setting coordinating orthopedic surgery schedules. Hanley relocated from to Michigan from Washington in 2014. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology.
